Donated to the Village of Belgium by members of the Luxembourg American Cultural Society in honor of Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg, it is bordered on two sides by the Belgium Village Hall and the Luxembourg American Cultural Center and Museum. 

Grand Duke Henri Plaza features a bust of Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg, "Immigration" Statue, Picnic Tables and green space, and Splash Pad that is open from late spring to early autumn.
