Online Bill Pay
For those who would like to pay a village expense with a credit card the Village of Belgium utilizes an outside service.
Payments can be made online at
https://app.heygov.com/belgiumwi.gov/quick-pay
or at Village hall during regular business hours.
You can access HeyGov by scanning this QR code:
For utility bills enter your account number as it is listed on your bill, including dashes and click the ‘Find Billing Account’ button
Click the ‘View Bills’ button then Click the ‘Pay Now’ button
For all other payments choose the type from the options listed and follow the prompts.
A service fee may be charged by the card processor. The Village of Belgium does not collect any portion of service fees.
If you would like a fee free option for paying your utility bills, the Village of Belgium offers automatic bill pay by ACH. You must be enrolled to participate. Please click the links for more information or to download an enrollment form:
